一、 智慧財產權與智慧資產保護 (Intellectual Property & Asset Protection)

• 本網站上所顯示之所有內容，包括但不限於文字、專利技術敘述、商標、標誌、企業識別、3D 模型、產品設計圖、照相圖片、動態影片、音訊、排版視覺及專有軟體（統稱「金統智慧資產」），均屬金統興業有限公司（以下簡稱「本公司」）或其內容供應商所有，並受中華民國著作權法、商標法、專利法及國際智慧財產權條約之嚴格保護。

• All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, technical descriptions, trademarks, logos, corporate identity, 3D models, product designs, photographic images, motion videos, audio clips, website layouts, and proprietary software (collectively referred to as "Kingston Intellectual Assets"), is the exclusive property of Kingston Industrial Co., Ltd. ("the Company") or its content suppliers, and is strictly protected by the copyright, trademark, patent laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), as well as international intellectual property treaties.

二、 嚴格限制與授權範圍 (Strictly Prohibited Uses & Limited License)

• 本公司僅授予使用者出於個人、非商業目的瀏覽本網站之有限、可撤銷且不可轉讓之許可。未經本公司事前明確之書面特別授權，任何人不得出於任何商業或公共目的，對「金統智慧資產」（特別是產品宣傳影片、展廳照片及實績影像）進行重製、下載、截圖、修改、散布、轉載、公開展示、進行深層連結（Deep Linking）、框架連結（Framing）或用於任何 AI 模型之訓練與建置。 任何未經授權之使用均直接構成侵權行為。

• The Company grants users a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license solely to access and view this website for personal, non-commercial use. Without the express prior written consent of the Company, no individual or entity shall reproduce, download, screenshot, modify, distribute, republish, publicly display, deep-link, frame, or utilize any "Kingston Intellectual Assets"—specifically including but not limited to product promotional videos, showroom photography, and project portfolio images—for any commercial, public purpose, or AI model training. 三、 侵權行為之法律責任 (Legal Liability for Infringement)

• 若發現任何個人、同業競爭者、網路平台或第三方機構未經授權盜用、抄襲或未署名轉載本網站之照片、影片、設計文案或技術規格，本公司將立即採取法律行動。侵權者須承擔所有法律責任，包括但不限於立即下架侵權內容、支付懲罰性損害賠償、承擔本公司因維權所支出之律師費、訴訟費及商譽損失賠償。

• Should any individual, competitor, digital platform, or third-party entity be found unlawfully misappropriating, plagiarizing, or reproducing the Company’s images, videos, design copy, or technical specifications without written authorization, the Company will take immediate legal action. The infringing party shall be held fully liable for all legal consequences, including but not limited to the immediate removal of the infringing material, punitive damages, and reimbursement of all legal fees, court costs, and compensation for loss of corporate goodwill incurred by the Company.

四、 產品資訊與免責聲明 (Product Information & Disclaimer)

• 本網站所展示之高端防火門、高訂門板、智能五金及隔音防爆系統之圖片、規格、顏色、測試數據與功能敘述僅供工程與設計規劃參考。所有產品之實際規格、耐火時效、隔音係數及外觀工藝，均以雙方最終簽署之正式法定合約與出貨實品為準。本公司保留隨時修改、升級產品設計之權利，恕不另行通知。

• All graphics, specifications, colorways, testing data, and functional descriptions of the premium fire doors, bespoke panels, smart hardware, and acoustic/blast-resistant systems displayed on this website are for conceptual and architectural planning references only. The actual technical specifications, fire-resistance ratings, acoustic performance, and craftsmanship finishes of any product shall be governed solely by the final, definitive legal agreement executed between the parties and the actual goods delivered. 五、 準據法與管轄法院 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

• 本使用規範之解釋、效力及履行均以中華民國法律為準據法。因本網站或本使用規範所生之任何爭議、訴訟或糾紛，雙方一致同意以台灣台南地方法院為第一審專屬管轄法院。

• The interpretation, validity, and performance of these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute, controversy, or litigation arising out of or in connection with this website or these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tainan District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance.
